Talks and posters guidelines

Talks

Contributive tlaks will last 15 minutes, followed by 4 minutes of questions. Given the program density, we ask each speaker to respect tightly this timing.

Posters

Here are some instructions for people willing to present a poster.
  • The poster format is A0 in portrait orientation
  • A number is assigned to each poster. You will find this information in the attached file. Thank you, on D-Day, for cliping your poster on the corresponding grid (we will provide the clips).
  • There will be two poster sessions, Thursday and Friday noon. In order to everyone can go and see the other posters, we split the posters into two groups. Posters with an odd number will be presented on Thursday, those with an even number on Friday.
As the conference is hybrid, some of the participants will be remote. We therefore ask you to place on the conference website a digital version of your poster for the day of the start of the conference. You can also, if you wish, add a video presentation of your poster. These documents will only be accessible to people registered for the conference and logged in with their HAL login. To submit these documents, please follow the following procedure:
  • Go to the conference website
  • Log in using the black "Login" button at the top right
  • Scroll down the page and click on "My submissions" in the left bar
  • You see your submission appear. Click on the small pen (Edit) to the right of the title
  • Double click on "Next step" at the bottom of the page
  • In the "Supplementary data" tab, you can choose a file to upload to the site, then click on "Upload". You can define the type of file uploaded.
  • Repeat this for the different files you want to upload
  • Then click on "Next step" then "Submit"
  • The submission of your documents is complete
